**Job Description:**
- Location: Highpoint Health – Riverview, Carthage, TN
- Shift: 7P-7A
- Open to 48hr Guarantee
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
- Experience: 1+ years in a Med/Surg setting
**Unit Profile:**
- Floor: Med/Surg
- Number of Openings: 1
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Rotating weekends
- Call Requirements: None
**Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 18
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- EHR: Meditech
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients with occasional pediatric patients
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and monitor IVs, foley catheters, and pain management
- Document patient information accurately using Meditech
**Hiring Profile:**
- Must Have Skills:
- Proficient in IV management
- Experience with foley catheters
- Knowledge of pain management strategies
- Comfortable with EMAR
- Preferred Skills:
- Quality patient care focus
- Familiarity with Meditech
- Personality Fit: Friendly, compassionate, and a team player
**Education Requirements:**
- ADN or BSN
