Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a mixed surgical PCU and medical-surgical unit setting
- Monitor and manage patients requiring progressive/intermediate level of care during night shift hours
- Float to other units on campus as needed, including overflow and observation units
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency outside of Arizona
- PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in multiple unit types or willingness to float across departments
- Familiarity with academic or acute care medical center environments
