Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Medical (ICU MEDICAL) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility located in San Antonio, Texas. • Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas RN license, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent, minimum 3 years of ICU experience, ACLS certification, BLS certification, and NIH Stroke Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MICU and MSICU units, IABP exposure, CRRT exposure, Meditech experience, and specialized certifications.
• Responsibilities: Performing procedures such as chest tubes, trachs, GI scope assistance, intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, NG tubes, Foley catheters, and dressing changes.
• Required Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to float between units, and adherence to dress codes including navy scrub tops and pants, neat hair, and body art coverage.
• Unit Guidelines: Badging in and out, punctuality, adherence to policy guidelines, and full participation in unit protocols.
