Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity available in a facility located in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients within a dedicated ICU setting. The position offers an engaging clinical environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes and family-centered care.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with 36 hours minimum per week
  • Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS; ACLS; at least 2 years of NICU or Neonatal Intensive Care experience; NIHSS certification
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system; additional neonatal certifications
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in neonatal critical care procedures, adhere to dress code policies (navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket), maintain a neat and clean appearance, and follow body art, piercing, and hair policies. The unit operates with a staffing ratio of 1:2 in the NICU.
