Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Patient ratio 1:2. Weekend coverage required (6 shifts per 6-week period). 12-hour orientation provided. 91-day assignment.

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical ICU with 16 beds and average daily census of 14 patients
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Opportunity to work with specialized equipment including CRRT (NXXT Stage) and manage complex critical care patients
• Float based on schedule with consistent 1:2 patient ratios across all shifts
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations with diverse critical care diagnoses

Requirements:

• Active Texas or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 2-3 patient ratios preferred
• Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Geographic restrictions apply; certain local counties excluded from eligibility
