Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), with 36 or 48-hour weekly options available. Weekend coverage required (6 shifts per 6-week period). Patient ratio of 1:2.

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical ICU with 16 beds and average daily census of 14 patients
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• 91-day travel assignment with adults and geriatric patient populations
• 12-hour orientation period with one pre-approved time off period available
• Specialized equipment including CRRT (NXXT Stage) and advanced critical care technologies
• Float based on schedule with comprehensive team support

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS; NIHSS and PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 2:1 patient ratios preferred
• Skills in ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, CRRT, and critical care procedures
• Previous charge experience, community hospital, LTAC, and Level I or II trauma experience preferred
• Must complete onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing
