• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,830 - $1,930
• Charting System: Epic preferred
• Patient Ratio: 1:4 on days, nights, and weekends
• Patient Population: Pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent registered nurse experience
• Experience in ER, ER Holding, or MS/Tele required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Comfort working in a fast-paced emergency room or observation setting
• Epic experience preferred
• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to emergency and observation patients across all age groups
• Monitor patient status, interpret changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Support patients requiring telemetry, oxygen therapy, IV care, and other common emergency interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote efficient patient flow and excellent outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver high-quality care in a team-oriented environment
• Use strong critical thinking skills to help stabilize and support a diverse patient population
