A private individual on the Upper East Side is seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide hands-on day-to-day support and help manage all aspects of her personal life and household logistics. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented, tech-savvy yet patient, and able to create systems that simplify and streamline the principal's daily routines.

This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The assistant will primarily work from the principal's home and become a trusted right-hand support person.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the principal's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
Coordinate doctor appointments, medications, and healthcare-related information
Arrange and manage personal travel plans and itineraries
Maintain organized and updated contact lists, including personal details and relationships
Create simple and manageable organizational systems for passwords, schedules, and important information
Serve as a gatekeeper and reminder system to help the principal stay organized and on track
Coordinate household projects, including antique restoration and vendor scheduling
Liaise with the interior decorator and other household vendors or service providers
Handle general problem-solving and day-to-day personal assistance needs
Assist with light household support such as watering plants and overseeing household details
Keep records, notes, and important information organized and easily accessible
