Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business. The Territory Manager within Sustainability Services provides a comprehensive range of innovative and cost-effective environmental solutions to their assigned clients/operating units. The Territory Manager is responsible for the management of their operating units' profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution; oversight and direct management of personnel, third-party sourcing, pricing and business development. The Territory Manager's primary objectives are to supervise and coordinate employee work and development activities within the respective sites, develop bids and quotes for new projects, implementation of identified projects, accurately analyze and report financials, collect customer payment and ensure customer satisfaction. May be responsible for approximately $5 to $20 million in revenue with a stretch goal of anticipated, expected growth within the assigned operating units/client sites.

PAY: The expected base pay range for this across the U.S. is $97,000-$125,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training.
