Provides support and delivery for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility programs to members and the community.
Works under supervision, developing member relationships, coaching staff, and ensuring program quality.
Participates in events, trainings, and safety compliance activities.
Assists with staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and implementing new initiatives.
Supports marketing, record-keeping, and addressing participant concerns.
Contributes to fundraising and special events, and participates in leadership schedules.
Aligns with the organization’s culture of welcoming, nurturing, hopeful, and genuine engagement.
Requires experience in customer service or program delivery, strong communication, computer skills, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention.
Must be organized, flexible, patient, and able to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
