    Description

    Title: Technology Deployment Project Coordinator (Macbook/Laptop)
    Location: Plano, TX – Onsite
    Duration: 1+ Year Contract
    * Must already reside in Dallas/Plano

    Élan Partners is seeking a Technology Deployment Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise device deployment, expansion, and refresh program. This individual will coordinate deployment activities, maintain accurate user and asset data, track deployment progress, and provide reporting across multiple sites and business units. The current program involves MacBook deployments, but prior MacBook or Apple experience is not required.

    The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise technology deployments, hardware refresh initiatives, IT asset lifecycle programs or other large-scale technology rollouts. This role requires someone who is highly organized and analytical, comfortable working with detailed deployment data, and able to coordinate effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders.

    Requirements
    • Experience supporting enterprise technology deployments, hardware/device refreshes, IT asset management or technology lifecycle programs.
    • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
    • Experience working with ServiceNow, asset management and/or inventory tracking systems.
    • Strong data-management and reporting skills, including experience maintaining detailed trackers and dashboards.
    • Ability to analyze deployment and asset data, identify discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
    • Experience coordinating across technology teams, business stakeholders, logistics and other operational groups.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
    Preferred Experience
    • Large-scale enterprise hardware or end-user device deployments.
    • Laptop/desktop refresh or migration programs.
    • IT asset lifecycle management and reconciliation.
    • Workplace technology or end-user computing environments.
    • Site readiness and multi-location technology deployments.
    • Experience supporting Apple/MacBook deployments is a plus, but not required.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Maintain and manage master deployment lists for enterprise device expansion and refresh programs across multiple sites and business units.
    • Track deployment schedules, user assignments, readiness status and completion metrics.
    • Update deployment records for employee transfers, cancellations, deferrals, exceptions and changes in scope.
    • Coordinate with business stakeholders and deployment teams to ensure user data accuracy and deployment readiness.
    • Monitor device inventory and deployment volumes, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
    • Track the return, recovery and disposition of legacy laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and VDI equipment.
    • Reconcile deployed assets against returned assets to maintain accurate lifecycle and inventory records.
    • Support ServiceNow, asset management and inventory tracking processes throughout the deployment lifecycle.
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards highlighting deployment progress, risks, exceptions and completion status.
    • Analyze deployment data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Coordinate with Workplace Services, Employee Platforms, Technology Lifecycle Management, Logistics and business stakeholders.
    • Support site-readiness activities including seat validation, network-readiness tracking and deployment scheduling.
    • Manage exceptions and special deployment scenarios and ensure changes are accurately reflected in deployment plans.
    • Maintain documentation supporting audit and compliance requirements.
    • Track action items and escalate deployment risks, asset discrepancies and data-quality issues as needed.
