Talent Acquisition Business Partner

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a remote one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will manage full-life-cycle recruiting while serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. The recruiter will support candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, selection, and relationship management while using market intelligence and recruiting data to guide staffing decisions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Full-life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting and hiring leadership-level positions supporting senior executives.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience sourcing difficult-to-find talent through multiple recruiting channels.
• Experience screening, qualifying, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Demonstrated experience advising hiring managers or clients on recruiting and hiring decisions.
• Ability to act as a consultant and influence hiring strategies and business outcomes.
• Experience developing strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Ability to assess candidates for skills, competencies, and organizational fit.
• Experience managing candidate relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Ability to synthesize candidate and hiring-manager feedback and support selection decisions.
• Experience using recruiting data and market intelligence to support staffing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-life-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through candidate selection.
• Source, screen, qualify, and interview candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment and effective interviewing techniques.
• Recruit for leadership-level and other strategically important positions.
• Assess candidates for technical capabilities, competencies, and organizational fit.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence and recruiting data.
• Use multiple sourcing channels to identify difficult-to-find talent.
• Develop trusted relationships with business leaders and hiring stakeholders.
• Help hiring teams evaluate candidate and interview feedback.
• Support candidate closing activities and improve offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition and HR functions to maintain an efficient hiring process.
• Ensure recruiting activities follow applicable Talent Acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
• Use labor-market information and recruiting analytics to guide staffing decisions.

Pay

• $34.74 per hour.
