Subcontractor Compliance AssistantOptiline Enterprises LLC | Onsite | Full-TimeAbout the RoleOptiline Enterprises is hiring a Subcontractor Compliance Assistant to join our Subcontractor Compliance Department. This role keeps our subcontractor compliance pipeline moving - processing lien waivers, managing work orders, handling certified payroll documentation, and collecting the compliance documents that keep our jobs audit-ready and our subcontractors working without interruption. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable with numbers and detail, thinks critically through problems rather than just following steps, and takes ownership of a checklist without needing to be reminded. You'll be working across multiple active construction projects, coordinating directly with subcontractors and internal project teams, in a role where accuracy and follow-through are the job.No construction compliance background? That's fine - we'll train you on the systems and the regulatory pieces. What we can't train is sound judgment with numbers and the discipline to follow through on open items.
