Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience with field supervision responsibilities Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction processes OSHA 30 certification required CSL License preferred Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects with high client satisfaction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience with site layout and surveying activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation First Aid and CPR certification preferred
