Schedule: | The Universities of Wisconsin, Office of Educational Opportunity, seeks one part-time Office Assistant to begin in September 2026 for the 2026-27 academic year; approximately 15-20 hours per week; flexible work schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may be extended and become an ongoing appointment through additional academic years. Work Location |

Position Summary/Job Duties: | The Universities of Wisconsin, Office of Educational Opportunity, seeks one part-time Office Assistant to begin in September 2026 for the 2026-27 academic year; approximately 15-20 hours per week; flexible work schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may be extended and become an ongoing appointment through additional academic years. Duties included collecting, organizing, synthesizing and reviewing school level data, creating graphs, file maintenance in a SharePoint database, and website maintenance. Additional duties include assisting the OEO director with proofreading documents, creating surveys, data entry, scanning files and other miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed. Students pursuing a degree in Education, Education Law, and Business with an interest in charter schools, innovation in education and educational equity are strongly encouraged to apply. |
