We are seeking an Insurance Defense / Trial Attorney to become a part of our in-house team! You will represent our Carrier in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Candidates may work entirely remote in the Tampa Bay area.
Practice areas: 1st Party Property & Commercial Property Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Represent in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of the carrier
- Advise on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years Insurance Defense Experience
- FL License
- 1st Party Property or Commercial Property
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
