Senior Project Manager
The key responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager include:
- Lead client and design team relationships
- Direct preconstruction and project setup
- Administer contracts and compliance
- Control schedule and delivery
- Manage project financial performance
- Oversee documentation and reporting
- Support field operations and quality
- Lead closeout and warranty administration
- Partner with VDC teams
- Support business development

What you need to succeed:
- 10+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record managing ground-up projects $50M-$100M+ (multifamily is a must)
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills; ability to lead complex teams
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
