We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage diverse construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing all facets of construction projects, including budgeting, contract management, risk management, quality control, scheduling, negotiation, strategic planning, cost control, team leadership, and communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Review the project in-depth to manage and schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Review work progress on a daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
6. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
7. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
8. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
9. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
10. Lead and manage the project team to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
13. Implement effective communication strategy and ensure all stakeholders are well informed about the project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in construction project management.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Familiarity with Procore and applicable construction management software packages.
7. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
8. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
9. Excellent time and project management skills.
10. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
11. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
12. Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
