Sourcing Manager

Our client, a Credit Card Company, is looking for a Sourcing Manager for their Austin, TX/ Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Help implement and support sourcing and negotiation strategies to deliver sustainable results across technology categories.
• Support global category teams with requirements documentation and benchmarking to determine world-class levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in sourcing initiatives, applying milestone checks.
• Assist in translating business goals into sourcing plans, and supplier relationships, and drive cross-functional negotiation teams.
• Participate in coordinating supplier selection and contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and cost savings.
• Drive completion of simultaneous projects by helping coordinate alternatives and optimizing results.
• Help implement and support sourcing and negotiation strategies to deliver sustainable results across technology categories.

Requirements:

• Preference on industry background or previous companies worked for Finance
• Someone with experience in tech to know the terminology and acronyms used in the field
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience
• Experience in using analytical and problem-solving tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in contract management
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and effective communication with senior management.
• Experience in purchasing systems and organizational interfaces (including Ariba, Coupa, DocuSign, and Oracle).
• Experience working in a global and matrix organization.
• Experience in using analytical and problem-solving tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in contract management
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and effective communication with senior management.
• Experience in purchasing systems and organizational interfaces (including Ariba).
• Experience working in a global and matrix organization.
• Nice To Have Skills: Coupa, DocuSign, and Oracle
