What You'll Do
Social Strategy & Content
Own social strategy across TikTok and Instagram, with support on emerging platforms
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with drops, campaigns, and cultural moments
Create and publish short-form content (styling, try-ons, trends, BTS, creator-led storytelling)
Translate product and brand moments into engaging, trend-relevant content
Creator & Community
Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify campaigns and content
Manage day-to-day community engagement (comments, DMs, replies) in Cider's brand voice
Act as a bridge between community feedback and internal teams
Performance & Operations
Manage posting cadence and daily publishing
Track performance and optimize content based on insights and trends
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams
3-5+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing (fashion/DTC preferred)
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, trends, and platform behavior
Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing short-form content
Comfortable shooting/editing content and being on camera when needed
Highly organized, fast-moving, and culturally plugged-in
Strong sense of brand, storytelling, and Gen Z audience
