Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator in the Eastern Region. The Site Coordinator will serve as a leader within the clinic setting to assist with the day-to-day items as directed by the Regional Manager. Successful candidates for the Site Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. Key Responsibilities:
  •  Facilitate implementation of change within the clinic while supporting the organizational message and keeping the staff motivated in an environment focused on building morale in a positive work environment.
  •   Be the leader for the front office teams. Model the behaviors that represent our mission, vision, and values, holding ourselves accountable to them and our policies and procedures.
  •  Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including but not limited to, resolving staff scheduling, staff onboarding, staff training, community/clinic events, equipment maintenance.
