The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, General Counsel to lead its legal department with a focus on health system legal affairs. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and solution-oriented leader, serving as a trusted advisor to senior management and providing legal counsel that supports the organization's mission and ensures compliance with the law. This executive will oversee a team of legal professionals and be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to, employment law, corporate transactions, information technology, contracting, and regulatory compliance.
