Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle , including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through online platforms and relevant databases, networking, and identifying and qualifying prospective candidates. Post job advertisements and actively source qualified candidates using internet resources, databases, networking, and other recruiting methods.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through online platforms and relevant databases, networking, and identifying and qualifying prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through hire and onboarding.
• Post job advertisements and actively source qualified candidates using internet resources, databases, networking, and other recruiting methods.
• Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate candidate reviews throughout the selection process.
• Assist with salary negotiations, extend employment offers, and support new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Manage multiple recruiting requests and priorities simultaneously while providing professional and responsive support to hiring managers.
• Understand and support the company's compensation, employee development, and equal employment opportunity strategies.
• Build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior management and executives.
• Work effectively with general direction while demonstrating initiative, independence, organization, and a strong drive to succeed.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities at the same time.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior-level leadership.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the recruitment process.
• Strong negotiation and candidate-management skills.
