Candidates must have experience with client interviewing and conducting person-centered assessments, well-developed interpersonal communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, intervention and de-escalation skills, knowledge of community resources, public assistance programs and a basic understanding of Medicare, the ability to use professional judgement to work independently, excellent time management, and computer proficiency. In this position, you will provide comprehensive, objective telephone and/or in-person support to consumers inquiring about long-term care services, housing options, caregiver support, Medicare counseling, and other public benefits.
