Firm: Mechanical contractor focused on Energy-as-a-Service and infrastructure modernization projects.
Project Locations: Healthcare Energy-as-a-Service retrofit and infrastructure modernization projects. Located in Portland, ME / MaineHealth projects.
Responsibilities include leading project delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and healthcare infrastructure modernization work.
Office Location: Corporate Headquarters: 1 Galleria Blvd., Suite 825, Metairie, LA 70001; 29 office locations across the U.S.
Project Locations: Nationwide across the United States. Active projects and partnerships spanning multiple regions throughout North America and the U.S.

Years of experience: Senior-level project management experience handling large and complex projects.
Project experience: Healthcare strongly preferred. Must have experience managing projects valued at $10M+; larger projects highly desired. Heavy MEP/mechanical project experience preferred.
Additional experience: Candidates can come from GC, mechanical subcontractor, or hospital owner-side backgrounds. Degree highly preferred. Strong tenure/history with employers preferred. Retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.
Reporting: This person will report to PX (Project Executive).
Annual salary ranging from $116,000 to $156,000.
Discretionary annual bonus following the annual review cycle.
