- Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
- Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with field operations, estimators, architects, engineers, and ownership groups.
- Track project financial performance and proactively address risks and challenges.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
- Manage projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, retail, mixed-use, senior living, and residential construction.
- Travel to project sites within approximately 30 minutes of the Kittery and Portsmouth area as needed.
Profile
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, schedules, and budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design-build and construction management delivery methods.
- Background managing projects across multiple market sectors.
- Familiarity with fast-track construction projects.
- Local knowledge of the Southern Maine or New Hampshire construction market.
