We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare energy and infrastructure modernization projects in the Portland, Maine market. This role will oversee project execution, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams on complex Energy-as-a-Service initiatives.

Description

  • Lead the delivery of large and complex healthcare infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and Project Executives on strategic project objectives.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and related project management tools to drive project success.
  • Support energy efficiency, facility modernization, and Energy-as-a-Service initiatives.
  • Lead project teams through all phases of construction and infrastructure delivery.

Profile

A Successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Senior-level project management experience on large and complex construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with heavy MEP or mechanical construction projects preferred.
  • Background with a general contractor, mechanical subcontractor, or healthcare owner-side organization.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of strong tenure and career progression with employers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and client management skills.
