    This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with significant ownership over the administrative side of the business and room to grow into broader office leadership.

    The role offers exposure across business operations, finance administration, payroll support, employee processes, invoicing, and office management rather than limiting the individual to one specialty.

    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Own and coordinate day-to-day office and back-office administrative processes.
    • Manage invoicing workflows and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
    • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
    • Assist with payroll processing, employee timecards, and timesheet administration.
    • Coordinate employee and consultant onboarding and related documentation.
    • Support PTO, employee benefits, and general HR administration.
    • Maintain organized records and ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
    • Collaborate with leadership, employees, customers, consultants, and vendors on operational matters.
    • Identify gaps or delays in administrative processes and proactively drive them to resolution.
    • Maintain smooth, well-organized office operations by taking ownership of responsibilities and proactively driving them to completion.

    Do You Bring Proven Success in Office and Back-Office Operations?

    • Bring 5+ years of progressive office administration, office management, or business operations experience.
    • Hands-on experience across multiple areas such as invoicing, AP/AR, payroll support, timecards, onboarding, PTO, benefits, and general HR administration.
    • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and accountability by proactively managing processes and driving work to completion without relying solely on assigned tasks.
    • Experience working in a small to mid-sized organization, managing administrative responsibilities across multiple business functions.
    • Strong understanding of finance, employee administration, customer billing, payroll, and general office operations and how these work together to support the business.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and professional communication.
    • Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, customers, consultants, and vendors.
    • Demonstrate career stability and an interest in building a long-term relationship with the organization.
    • Proactive, dependable, and accountable for ensuring the administrative side of the business runs effectively.
