The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected, multi -state law firm seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior Family Law Attorney (Of Counsel)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>. This role is ideal for a small or solo family law practitioner looking to supplement their existing practice while benefiting from the resources and support of a well -established firm.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Handle complex family law matters with a high level of independence.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide legal counsel to clients in cases involving divorce, custody, support, and related family law issues.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and attorneys as needed to ensure successful outcomes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Balance firm cases with your own existing practice or supplemental caseload.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Licensed<\/span><\/span> attorney in Colorado.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of family law experience; senior -level practitioners strongly encouraged to apply.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven ability to independently manage family law cases from intake to resolution.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong client communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Interest in supplementing an existing practice with additional billable work.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
