Description

Our client is seeking a full-time Transaction Attorney to join their Business Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of business transactions including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Sales and purchases of real estate
  • Real and personal property-based financing
  • Business formations and general corporate matters
  • Intellectual property
  • Experience in tax, securities, land use or environmental is a plus

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Oregon State Bar, Washington Bar a plus
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The ideal candidate is committed to business development, practice development and is energetic about client service and developing a book of business.
