The Senior Assistant Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial assistance for the Florida State University College of Medicine Residency Program located at Sarasota Memorial Health System.
Required Qualifications:- Require a high school diploma or equivalency and six (6) years' experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six (6) years.
- Require a minimum of one (1) year experience as a Sarasota Memorial Health Care System GME Residency or Fellowship Assistant Program Coordinator.
- Prefer a Bachelor degree plus two years of related work experience.
- Prefer the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Prefer the ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments most of the time.
- Prefer the ability to work with virtual meeting platforms and working knowledge of audio and visual (AV) equipment.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related organizational policies, procedures, principles and practices.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of applicable computer applications and advanced computer functions (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of event planning.
- Prefer the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Prefer the ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information.
- Prefer the ability to maintain accurate records and retrieve files from active or archive sources.
- Prefer the ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
