The Senior Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department of Surgery''s Education Division, both the General Surgery Residency Program and medical student education. The position will serve as lead in setting up meetings, maintaining attendance and ensure meetings are scheduled in a timely fashion. The individual in this position will respond to office calls, organize travel arrangements, process reimbursements, department work orders and order supplies as requested.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Program Director and Clerkship Director. Responsibilities include maintaining the calendar(s), maintaining accurate curriculum vitae, keeping medical licenses accurate, as well as coordinating credentialing requirements and faculty appointments.
