Hiring: Automotive Sales Representative

• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and learn their vehicle needs
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles that match customer needs
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
• Learn current inventory, vehicle features, pricing, and promotions
• Guide customers through the sales process through vehicle delivery
• Partner with Sales Managers and Finance to complete transactions

What You'll Bring

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or automotive environments
• Experience working directly with customers in a sales or service setting
• Experience using computers or customer management systems
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
