About Us We are a medical spa offering a range of aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation, and professional skincare. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in a client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and product sales.
Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team and front desk staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Manage patient inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maximize sales opportunities.
Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and skincare products.
Monitor sales performance, track progress, and suggest strategies to improve conversion.
Collaborate with nurses and practitioners to ensure seamless and personalized client experiences.
Requirements
Proven sales experience, ideally in a spa, clinic, or service-based environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
Experience leading or coordinating a team to achieve targets.
Highly organized, professional, and reliable.
Knowledge or background in aesthetics, cosmetics, or beauty services is a plus.
Compensation
Base Salary: $3,000 per month
Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
