About the Role:AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! In this role, you'll lead sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and play a key part in expanding our presence in the cleaning industry. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts in the residential and/or commercial cleaning market
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and KPIs using CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to leadership
Requirements:- 2+ years of proven sales management or senior sales experience
- Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
