    Description

    The Sales Manager networks with potential clients, manage large accounts, works to maintain a loyal customer base, and oversees hotel sales and marketing strategies.

    • Manage hotel sales efforts while supporting daily Sales Coordinator responsibilities.
    • Analyze current client base and target markets to identify opportunities for new business.
    • Develop new ways to expand the hotel’s client base and generate additional sales.
    • Network with potential clients and manage large accounts to maintain a loyal customer base.
    • Respond to client inquiries by telephone and email in a professional and pleasant manner.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to questions, requests, and booking needs.
    • Provide clients with information regarding hotel facilities, services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, restaurants, and amenities.
    • Assist clients with booking hotel meeting and event spaces and coordinate event details.
    • Prepare proposals, reports, client details, and other required sales documentation.
    • Coordinate internally with the Sales & Marketing team and other hotel departments to ensure meetings and events run smoothly.
    • Coordinate with outside vendors and suppliers as needed for meetings and events.
    • Develop and oversee promotional and advertising materials for the hotel.
    • Reach out to organizations and businesses that may require hotel accommodations, conferences, meetings, or event space.
    • Meet with company representatives and prospective clients to promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and benefits.
