Job Title: Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive – Texas Public Sector (DIR ITSAC Focus)
Location: Texas – Local candidates only (Must be currently based in TX; no relocation)

Looking for a strong Public Sector Sales Executive /Business Development Executive to drive IT staffing & consulting business across Texas state agencies using DIR cooperative contracts (DIR ITSAC).
What you’ll do:

• Drive new business through Texas DIR ITSAC opportunities.
• Build relationships with Texas state agencies, local govt, and higher education.
• Respond to RFRs / SOWs under DIR contracts.
• Partner with recruiting teams to submit candidates aligned to DIR categories and rate structures.
• Own the full sales lifecycle: prospect → qualify → submit → interview → offer/onboarding.

• 5+ years IT staffing / consulting sales experience.
• Direct experience selling to Texas agencies OR working with DIR contracts.
• Strong knowledge of DIR ITSAC procurement process.

• Existing relationships with:
  • Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).
  • State agencies (TxDOT, HHSC, DFPS, etc.).
• Experience working for a DIR-approved vendor.
