Sales Consultant & System Designer – Luxury Home Technology (Hunter Role)

We are looking for a hungry, high-performance Sales Consultant & System Designer—someone who thrives on the chase, creates opportunities where others see none, and consistently closes high-value deals. This is not a passive, order-taking role. This is for a hunter who knows how to win.


The Opportunity


  • Own the front end of the pipeline—prospect, network, and generate new high-value opportunities with builders, architects, and affluent homeowners 
  •  Act as a trusted authority, leading clients from initial vision through to fully realized, design-driven technology solutions 
  •  Run high-impact consultations that uncover lifestyle aspirations and convert them into compelling, must-have systems 
  • Present, negotiate, and close large-scale automation, AV, and integrated technology projects 
  •  Partner with internal engineering and field teams to ensure every project delivers at a world-class level 
  •  Represent best-in-class brands including Savant, Josh.ai, Crestron, Sonance, James, and Focal/Naim 
Who You Are


  •  A true hunter mentality—you prospect relentlessly, follow up aggressively, and hate losing deals 
  •  Proven track record (5+ years) of closing complex, high-ticket sales (preferably in technology, construction, or luxury markets) 
  •  Highly skilled in conceptual selling—you sell vision, lifestyle, and outcomes, not just products 
  •  Confident operating in high-end environments with discerning, high-net-worth clients and professional teams
  •  Able to create urgency, handle objections, and control the sales process from first contact to signed contract 
  •  Strong technical intuition with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives 
  •  Excellent communicator with executive-level presence
