Position Overview:
The Sales Associate is responsible for building relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's sales systems.
Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus but not required.
