Position Profile: :
The Sales Analyst will be accountable for creating applications to support Senior Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance, and to be a contact to support all internal departments. The key objective of the Sales Analyst will be to provide all levels of the organization with the Category and Sales information necessary to promote profitable sales growth in a manner consistent with company and brand strategies.
Description:
- Provide analysis from customer specific retail data to support field sales and category management initiatives.
- Perform analysis across a wide variety of retail business development issues including pricing, promotion, assortment, distribution, and merchandising.
- To provide Direct Sales historical information from our current systems to all stakeholders.
- Substantial duties in ad-hoc reporting to Management, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance.
- Provide sales support colleagues with information to create informative, dynamic sales presentations.
Required Experience/ Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years in the consumer package goods industry, preferably in Health Beauty or Cosmetics industries, and 1-2 years analytical experience.
- High School Diploma is Required, Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in data integration.
- Experience creating applications in Access and Excel to report KPIs.
