Overview
The Transportation Supervisor is a customer-focused delivery leader responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations and supporting route execution in a small facility or department. This role works closely with the leader to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery service. This hands-on leadership role will direct and coach delivery drivers, leverage performance metrics, safety standards, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and actively support business growth through customer visits and sharing sales leads. May be required to perform day-to-day activities such as covering delivery routes, delivering packages, and moving equipment/vehicles, etc.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $60,000/year to $75,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
