Murl s Kitchen is hiring professional, friendly, and service-driven Servers to join our expanding restaurant team.
As we introduce an elevated Caribbean dining experience, we are looking for individuals who take pride in hospitality and understand the importance of creating memorable dining experiences.
Our servers will play a key role in representing our brand, connecting with guests, and ensuring that every visit reflects our commitment to quality food and exceptional service.
Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
Guide guests through the menu, including food, beverages, specials, and recommendations.
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
Monitor assigned tables, anticipate guest needs, and provide attentive service without being intrusive.
Address guest questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain clean and properly set dining areas.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Support restaurant opening, closing, side work, and sanitation procedures.
Follow established service standards and restaurant policies.
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy service.
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
Ability to work well with a diverse team and guest population.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
