What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.

• Oversee daily operations, from opening checklists to closing reports, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships to keep the restaurant running at its best.

• Monitor quality control for both food and service, addressing issues with professionalism and care.

• Collaborate with the chef and owners to develop seasonal menus and special events.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of restaurant management or high-volume hospitality experience.
