  What You’ll Do

  You will run the day-to-day alongside your Store Manager, with real ownership over results:

  Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile
•         Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targetsManage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation
•         Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as: greeting, assisting, and resolving issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
•         Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed
•         Support the Store Manager in all operational dutiesRequirements

  What We Are Looking For

  Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar — all count)
•         A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to leadValid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year
•         Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the roleMust be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
