This is a full-time, remote position for a candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, allowing us to focus on our core mission of supporting children and their families.

Responsibilities

 

• Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various company databases and digital systems.

• Performing regular data verification and clean-up to ensure the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy.

• Assisting with a range of administrative tasks, including digital file management, document organisation, and data retrieval.

• Preparing and formatting reports, documents, and correspondence as required by the team.

• Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

• Providing general administrative support to help streamline company processes and projects.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a data entry, administrative assistant, or a similar role.

• Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, or equivalent software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
