    Description

    Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, detail orientated, and talented individual for the position of Regulatory Analyst. This is a Remote Position.

    Job Description:

    Summary: The Regulatory Analyst will process and analyze public comments on proposed federal rules under the direction of a lead regulatory analyst. Produce clear summaries and maintain a complete, traceable record of issues, recommendations and supporting evidence. Work combines careful document review, structured data management and use of an AI-assisted analytical platform.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical expertise and assist with network integration and consolidation efforts across multiple network environments.
    • Download and organize authorized public-comment records and attachments, preserving source identifiers and original materials.
    • Reconcile intake totals and flag missing, unreadable, duplicate or inconsistent records for resolution.
    • Apply approved issue categories; identify comments that address several issues without losing the source relationship.
    • Distinguish form-letter families, unique submissions and substantive additions according to the approved methodology.
    • Prepare neutral summaries of positions, recommendations and evidence; elevate ambiguous or high-risk material.
    • Check AI-generated classifications and summaries against original submissions rather than accepting suggestions without review.
    • Maintain comment-to-issue mappings, quantitative tables and key issues matrix entries with clear review status.
    • Produce accessible Word/Excel work products and support peer review, corrections, weekly meetings and delivery tracking.
    • Support authorized publication workflows after required review and approval; protect nonpublic information

    Requirements:

    • Two (2) or more years related experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years)

    Skills:

    • Working knowledge of federal notice-and-comment rulemaking and experience reading, organizing, summarizing and analyzing public comments or comparable regulatory records.
    • Familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act, FDMS, federal style guidance and accessibility requirements is expected.
    • Strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, spreadsheet proficiency and the ability to handle competing deadlines are essential.

    Physical Requirements: This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.
