    Ohio Valley Regional Sales Manager


    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team across the Ohio Valley region, with primary responsibility for Ohio and West Virginia and significant coverage across western Pennsylvania and adjacent Ohio Valley markets, as reflected in the regional territory map. The role requires a strategic, transformational, and people-first servant leader who drives results through collaboration, accountability, and empowerment while maintaining alignment with the company’s broader business strategy.


    The Ohio Valley is a strategically important industrial and manufacturing market, with a strong concentration of automotive, aerospace, energy, general manufacturing, and metalworking customers. Success in this role requires a leader who can develop talent, strengthen customer relationships, expand market share, and translate business strategy into measurable regional growth.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 5–7 years of industrial, machining, or metal-cutting sales experience preferred.
    • 3+ years of people-leadership experience.
    • Proven ability to lead dispersed teams and drive regional growth across a multi-state industrial territory.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and channel relationships within manufacturing and metalworking markets.
    • Servant-minded, transformational leadership style focused on empowering and developing others.
    • Strong coaching, performance management, and talent-development skills.
    • Proficient with CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools.
    • Willing to travel up to 50% throughout the Ohio Valley region, including Ohio, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania, and adjacent assigned markets.
