Description

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Boston, MA or New York, NY to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm
  • Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars using Microsoft Outlook
  • Manage candidate communications, meeting invitations, and scheduling changes
  • Support recruiting operations by organizing documentation, paperwork, and tracking materials
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and other recruiting-related administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to support hiring efforts and special projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, office administration, scheduling, or a related support function
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR teams
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing administrative processes
  • Interest in building a career within recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition
