Job Description
Responsible for supporting business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for U.S. Bancorp positions with limited assistance from outside agencies. This role requires identifying candidates through multiple sourcing strategies and recruiting channels while ensuring a diverse talent pool and positive candidate experience.
This position supports Operations recruiting, specifically high-volume Contact Center hiring. The team manages ongoing class-based hiring for entry-level remote positions in fast-paced call center environments handling 80-100 calls daily. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong empathy, customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume operations roles
Manage class-based hiring initiatives and ongoing recruitment pipelines
Build diverse candidate pools using multiple sourcing channels
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
Track recruiting metrics, timelines, and hiring activity
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Support fast-paced hiring needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-volume and class-based hiring
Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and sourcing strategies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system experience
