Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage Receptionist and assist with customer inquiries, reservations, and administrative tasks in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Assist with reservations, bookings, and general inquiries
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
• Keep accurate records of client interactions
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support

Shift Length: 6-8 hours

Pay:$17.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
